Our cover includes protection for both your boiler and your entire central heating system. This means we’ll take care of not just boiler breakdowns but also issues related to radiators, thermostats, pipes, and hot water cylinders. You’ll be covered for parts and labour for any repairs.

What types of boilers do you cover?

We cover most types of domestic boilers, including combi, system, and conventional boilers. As long as your boiler meets safety standards and isn’t beyond a certain age—usually up to 15 years—you’ll be covered. If you’re unsure, our team can assess your boiler to confirm eligibility.

Is there a limit on the number of call-outs I can make in a year?

No, there’s no limit on the number of call-outs. You can call us as often as needed for boiler or heating repairs. We know breakdowns can happen unexpectedly, so our policy ensures you won’t be left without heating or hot water, no matter how many times it happens.

Please remember each call out will have the excess fee applies. 

Do you offer an annual boiler service as part of the plan?

Yes, our cover includes a free annual boiler service. This helps to maintain your boiler’s efficiency and ensures it operates safely throughout the year. Regular servicing can also help prevent larger issues from developing, saving you money in the long run.

What is the typical response time for emergency call-outs?

We aim to respond to emergency breakdowns within 24 hours, especially during peak times like winter. We prioritize cases where customers are without heating or hot water to make sure you’re not left in the cold.

Are there any hidden fees or call-out charges?

The excess charge is paid for each call out and will cover all parts and labour for each callout, so you won’t get any unexpected bills when you need a repair.

What happens if my boiler is beyond repair?

If your boiler is beyond repair, we offer a contribution toward the cost of a new boiler, or we can help you arrange a replacement at a discounted rate. Our goal is to get your heating system back up and running as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.

Do you use certified engineers for repairs?

Absolutely! As a local bsuiness, All of our engineers are Gas Safe registered and fully qualified to work on your specific type of boiler. We are highly trained to handle both common and complex issues, ensuring that repairs are carried out to the highest standard.
